ANTI WRINKLE

• Remain upright for 4-5 hours following your treatment.
• Avoid touching the treated area or applying makeup or facial products for 24 hours.
• Avoid strenuous exercise, swimming and alcohol for 48 hours.
• Avoid facials, facial massage, active skincare ingredients (retinol, exfoliating acids and Vitamin C) and other cosmetic treatments for 1 week.
• Avoid excessive heat, including saunas, steam rooms and hot tubs, for 1 week.
• Always wear SPF 50 and avoid excessive sun exposure.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Small bumps, redness and mild swelling are normal and usually settle within 24-72 hours.
• Bruising may occur.
• Results gradually begin to develop over the following few days, with full results visible at 10-14 days.
• Avoid assessing your results before 10 days, as the treatment takes time to fully develop.
• Please send your practitioner photographs on Day 10 (relaxed, frowning, raising eyebrows and smiling) so your results can be reviewed and any minor adjustments, if required, can be discussed.
• Maintenance treatments are typically recommended every 12 weeks to maintain optimal results.

SAFETY

• If you experience difficulty swallowing, difficulty breathing, severe muscle weakness or any unexpected reaction, seek immediate medical attention and inform your practitioner as soon as possible.

WHAT TO EXPECT

DERMAL FILLERS

• Sleep with your head slightly elevated on the first night where possible.
• Avoid touching the treated area or applying makeup or facial products for 24 hours.
• Do not massage, manipulate or apply pressure to the treated area unless instructed by your practitioner.
• Avoid strenuous exercise, swimming, alcohol and excessive heat, including saunas, steam rooms and hot tubs, for 48 hours.
• Avoid facials, facial massage and other cosmetic treatments to the treated area for 2 weeks.
• If you have had lip filler, avoid excessive pressure on the lips, including smoking, vaping through a straw or kissing for the first 24 hours where possible.
• Always wear SPF 50 and avoid excessive sun exposure.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Swelling and bruising are common following treatment and are usually at their worst within the first 24-48 hours.
• Results are visible immediately, although swelling may temporarily affect the final appearance.
• Small lumps or firmness are normal and will usually soften naturally within 1-2 weeks.
• Final results are best assessed after 2 weeks, once the filler has fully settled.
• Additional filler treatments can usually be performed after 4 weeks if required.
• Maintenance treatments are generally recommended every 6-12 months, depending on the treatment area, product used and individual metabolism.

SAFETY

• If you experience severe or increasing pain, skin blanching, mottled or dusky skin, increasing swelling, visual changes or any signs of vascular compromise, seek immediate medical attention and contact your practitioner immediately.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Avoid facials, dermaplaning, waxing, threading, laser treatments and other exfoliating procedures until your skin has completely healed.
• Avoid active skincare ingredients (retinol, exfoliating acids, Vitamin C, benzoyl peroxide and physical scrubs) until advised by your practitioner.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Mild redness, warmth, tightness and dryness are normal following treatment.
• Peeling commonly begins 2-4 days after treatment, although some clients experience little or no visible peeling.
• The amount of peeling does not determine how effective your treatment has been.
