Lip fillers contain a natural substance called hyaluronic acid. During the ageing process the body’s natural hyaluronic acid decreases along with collagen, therefore loss of volume, particularly in the lips.

Dermal fillers can be injected into the lips to provide volume, definition and hydration to give that perfect pout, and if done so correctly, can still look very natural.

Longevity of dermal lip fillers is usually 6-18 months, however, will last longer to those that are more hydrated. Some clients get their lip fillers more regularly, but this is down to client choice, and those that are looking for more volume and definition to their lips.
